Would Medicare for All cover more care? YES.
Every Medicare for All plan ever proposed would cover more care.
Why?
Because by eliminating health insurers and other middlemen, we would save so much money we could expand coverage to include:

plus we could eliminate deductibles, copays and coinsurance

and cover everyone in the United States for life!

Would I get to choose my doctors? YES.
You could choose any U.S. doctor you want.
Why?
Because provider networks would be eliminated. You could go to any participating doctor in the U.S..
4.
Would Medicare for All help hospitals? YES.
Medicare for All would help financially stabilize our hospitals.
Why?
Because it would assure that every patient has health insurance. If patients don’t have health insurance, hospitals don’t get paid, and when they don’t get paid, they go under.
5.
Would I still need extra or private health insurance? NO.
Medicare for All would cover you better than private health insurance.
Why?
Because we could get affordable care without the insurance company hassles of open enrollment, out-of-pocket costs, doctor networks, etc.
We would all have the equivalent of a Platinum Plus Plan for life!
Bottom line
Medicare for All would mean a major change in how Americans pay for their health care.
While change can be scary, there’s even more to fear about our current healthcare system.
Right now over 27 million people in the U.S. remain completely uninsured and 51% of working age adults – who have health insurance – face unaffordable out-of-pocket costs.
Medicare for All represents new hope for Americans
today and for generations to come.
