And you can apply online, in-person, by fax or by mail. Here’s more information on the application process.
If you qualify for Medi-Cal, you can enroll any time during the year. But private health insurance companies like those on Covered California limit your enrollment to between November 1 and January 31 unless you have a “qualifying event.”
